14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and labels must be included.
• Contact us first at infocriticalpoetry@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund the full amount paid (including original shipping, if applicable) within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
