About our pieces

Each criticalpoetry piece is produced in limited quantity as described on its product page. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Spanish law.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through our online store and paid by card (via WooCommerce Payments) or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping

We ship to Spain, the European Union and internationally. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you indicate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at infocriticalpoetry@gmail.com before the deadline. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for consumers under EU and Spanish law.
