What data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number.
- Order data: products purchased, order history, price paid.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal) — we do not store your card details on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see our Cookie settings for details and to manage consent).
- Any message you send us through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Why we use your data and legal basis
- To process and deliver your order — necessary to perform the sales contract.
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations (invoicing) — legal obligation.
- To answer your enquiries — legitimate interest / contract.
- To send you marketing communications — only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data is kept for as long as required by Spanish tax law (generally up to 6 years). Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal), our hosting provider (Hostinger), and shipping carriers, strictly to fulfil your order. We do not sell your data to third parties. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable legal safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email infocriticalpoetry@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (agpd.es) if you believe your data is not being handled correctly.
